Shipping Policy

SOEMO GALLERY arranges delivery within Hong Kong and to selected international destinations.

Order Preparation

In-stock artworks are generally prepared for dispatch within 5–10 business days after full payment has been confirmed. Additional preparation time may be required for oversized, fragile, specially framed, or crated artworks. If additional time is required, we will contact the buyer before dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the artwork’s dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, value, and destination. Where a shipping charge is not available at checkout, SOEMO GALLERY will contact the buyer with a separate shipping quotation before dispatch.

Packaging, Insurance and Tracking

Artworks are professionally packed according to their size, medium, and transportation requirements. Where applicable, shipments will include transit insurance and tracking information. Buyers should retain all packaging until the artwork has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.

International Duties and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage charges, or other costs imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery Address

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery, or address change after dispatch may be charged to the buyer.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect the exterior packaging and artwork promptly upon delivery. If the packaging or artwork appears damaged, retain all original packaging and contact SOEMO GALLERY within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide the order number and clear photographs of the packaging, artwork, and damage. Claims will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only. SOEMO GALLERY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, weather, transportation disruption, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Collection

Collection from the gallery may be arranged only with prior written confirmation from SOEMO GALLERY. Collection is not confirmed until the buyer has received written instructions and an agreed appointment time.
